Dear Budget Kansas City Customer,
It has been quite a year and a half. We truly appreciate the continued trust you have in us whether you are renting a vehicle at the airport or one of our neighborhood locations. We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation on a daily basis and following the guidance of government and health authorities to do our part to protect our team members and customers.
To that end, we want to highlight a few of the precautionary measures we are reinforcing:
Our Commitment to Cleanliness-All of our facilities are cleaned on a regular basis and we continue to uphold our policy of thoroughly cleaning and inspecting all vehicles prior to each rental. This includes a wipe-down of interior surfaces and touch points. Your comfort and safety are our top priority so please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.
Team Member Health-We encourage our employees to practice frequent hand hygiene and ask those who exhibit any symptoms of illness to remain at home.
If you are looking for an alternate mode of travel during this constantly evolving time, please consider renting one of our vehicles. We’re happy to help.
